$99 Emergency Coupon includes a limited exam and up to two radiographs of a single problem area (i.e. toothache, broken tooth etc.) Should Doctor need more extensive radiographs (i.e. wisdom teeth evaluation) to accurately diagnose the patient the fee might increases. This exam provides a diagnosis of the problem but does not guarantee same day treatment nor does it include a full comprehensive dental exam or routine dental cleaning. The Emergency Exam Coupon is limited to use by new patients of Diamond Dental of Owings Mills during their FIRST office visit, it is not valid in combination with any other discounts, coupons or special offers. Payment is due at the time of service and Diamond Dental of Owings Mills reserves the right to bill the patient’s dental insurance for the full fees associated with this visit. Should the insurance cover the claim at 100%, DDOM will reimburse the patient the $99 fee. Should the insurance make payments directly to the patient, the patient is responsible for turning over the insurance payment (check) to Diamond Dental of Owings Mills immediately.
